Our desired EBITDA range is $1.0 to $5.0 MM. Transaction types considered are recapitalizations, buyouts, corporate divestures, management lead buyouts and sale of family owned businesses. Companies should have a minimum 3 to 5 year operating history.
Our investment philosophy is primarily a Buy-and-Hold strategy. If appropriate, we will base our investment analysis on a Company’s forecasted cash flow. Our primary target area is the Upper Midwest; however, we may consider opportunities in other regions of the United States.
